What will you do?

As a Business Developer focusing on social secretariats, your role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Odoo as one of the first software solutions on the market where HR, payroll specialists, and entrepreneurs collaborate on a common platform. You'll be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go-to choice for payroll agencies seeking to evolve and digitalize their payroll services.

During your initial weeks, youll be immersed in projects with the support of experienced colleagues, undergoing a four-month onboarding in our Quickstart team to gain exposure to diverse implementation projects such as HR, Marketing, Logistics, and more. When joining your final team, by consistently delivering exceptional value and service to social secretariats, youll solidify Odoos position as the preferred choiceensuring that when social secretariats think about payroll software, they think of Odoo.
